Refund Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This Refund Policy applies to payments made for Banksheet, a service operated by LOOMOD (PVT) LTD (PV 00264345), Sri Lanka. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Try before you pay
Every new account includes a free trial with a page allowance (see Pricing), and no payment card is needed. We encourage you to test Banksheet on your own statements during the trial before buying a subscription.
2. What Banksheet sells
Banksheet is a digital software service sold as a monthly subscription, charged in advance in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). No physical goods are delivered, so there are no shipping or return costs.
3. When you are eligible for a refund
- First payment, 7-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the payment date, provided you have processed no more than 100 pages in that billing period.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the incorrect amount in full.
- Service not delivered. If Banksheet was unavailable or could not process your statements for a substantial part of a billing period because of a fault on our side, we refund or credit a fair proportion of that period’s fee.
- Service discontinued. If we stop offering Banksheet, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription.
4. When refunds are not given
- Renewal payments after the first billing period, once that period has started, except for the cases in section 3.
- Unused pages in a billing period. Page allowances do not carry over.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms and Conditions.
If a page is not extracted correctly because of a fault in Banksheet, contact us and we will reprocess it or credit the page back to your allowance.
5. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund; ask for one if you qualify under section 3.
6. How to request a refund
Email keshan@banksheet.lk with the subject “Refund request” and include:
- the email address of your Banksheet account;
- the payment date, amount, and payment or order reference;
- the reason for the request.
We acknowledge refund requests within 2 working days and tell you our decision within 5 working days.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment gateway, in LKR. We initiate the refund within 7 working days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 7 to 14 working days to appear on your statement. We do not pay refunds in cash or to a different card or account.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, see our Dispute Policy. Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank; we can usually resolve billing issues faster directly.
